Help Deleted Itunes Library by accident

Well I was looking at my Itunes Prefences and it said My Itunes music is located at Macro:Itunes Back up

So my I thought my music was in that folder. Then I was looking to save some HD Space so I deleted the "My Music Folder" and I ran Itunes and all my music was gone. I even tried putting the my music folder from my recycle bin bac k to My Music and no luck, how can I get my library back?

Is there still music in the folder or did you empty the trash?

Yes there's still music in both folders.
