Help - deleted MY Documents

Help - I accidently deleted the whole My Documents and can't seem to get them back. What do I do?

Did you empty the trash yet? If not, DON'T.

if you did empty the trash, turn off the computer. buy a program for recovery and install it on another mac boot up the now turned off mac into target disk mode and hope for the best
