Help...downloads are not installing

Hi there!

I'm trying to install Flash Player. I go through the whole process and it says "Flash Player successfully installed", but then when I try to use a program that requires Flash Player it tells me that Flash Player is not installed.

This is happening with Webex as well. It tells me it installed successfully but then it won't work.

Please help!
