Hello. I purchased a refurb model mac pro and noticed that on one of my drive sleds, bay one I think, one of the screws is MISSING! Is this going to be a problem getting the drive secured? Where can I get the rubber support with the screw, or will three screws secure the drive just as well?

I would call applecare and get either a new screw or a new sled. This shouldn't be overlooked considering how apple talks about their stringent refurbishment process. You may even be able to get one at an apple store if you walked in. I know most apple stores do basic repairs for mac pros.

Your hard drive would be fine with only 3 screws but it's a new machine and it shouldn't be missing.

Cheers
