I was using the trial of Espionage, and did not like it, so I uninstalled it. As of today, I noticed 'Lock Folder' was still in the services when right clicking a folder. How do I remove that?

You should look for help in Espionage forum (or support from their website). Might be on their FAQ.

Did you follow their directions?
Uninstalling Espionage
After you've unlocked Espionage, choose "Uninstall Espionage..." from the Espionage menu. Espionage will restore all encrypted folders back to normal (if you leave the "Restore encrypted folders" checkbox checked).
Important: Only Espionage's built-in uninstaller should be used to uninstall Espionage, as only it will properly remove everything that Espionage installed—third-party uninstallers will not.

If so and it does not work, try emailing their support or posting in their forums.
