Since upgrading to Lion, two external drives are not showing up. I The drives and partitions show up Disk Utility.

I run Verify and Repair, says it fixed some stuff:

But still doesn't show up in Finder. The drive cannot be mounted. I try to run First Aid from boot up and then I couldn't even verify or repair the drive.

Everything was fine before the upgrade. Thoughts?
