Help facetime vanished

Hi I used to have facetime options on my iphone but they seem to have vanished.

If I look at my contacts there is no facetime option at all.

Am I looking in the wrong place or is there a setting that I need to turn on?

Any advice really appreciated

Check to see if FaceTime is enabled under: Settings>Phone.
