Help! Final Cut Pro X file twice as long as it should be

Hey guys, I need your Help.
When I want to create a video in fcpx, the Project as well as the exported file is twice as long as the video itself and the second half is black.
BY that I mean, when I have a 3 minute video, the exported file is 6 minutes long and in the additional 3 minutes there's just a black screen...hope someone can help me with this!

There are placeholders that can go in the project timeline. Perhaps you've got one? To see, open the project and see if you can click on it after the 3 minute point. If so, delete it.
