help: finder view all wierd... how to fix?

hey quick question...

i opened up finder today and the window view is all wierd- kinda like... classic style in windows. the sidebar is gone, and every folder opens in a new window. however if i open the Mac HD from the desktop rather than use the finder icon on the dock... it looks normal. i poked around in the view settings and nothing has changed. this just happened suddenly after leaving my mac for a day without using it... i restarted but nothing changed. here's a screenshot of what i mean:

Click the little jellybean in the top right of the title bar.

You hit the jelly bean and got rid of the toolbar.
