For the life of me i cant find anything on Apple's site for Authorized services centers. I wanted to add this here RAM *waves it in hand* to my mac mini, I am not mechanically inclined and tend to break more than fix things so being that its not "user servicable" and the idea of sticking a putty knife to my case seems daunting, if not a bit intimidating I am looking around for authorized Apple service centers.
I called my local apple store they charge $30 for memory install but will not install 3rd party ram (apple ram is 295 - 10% EDU). Plus on top of that i really dont trust my local apple store all that much after the screw-up with my iBook. I know CompUSA is a authorized services center but i know from having friends that work at the local one near the apple store they are all pc heads and really have less experience than me with mac's. I was hoping that Apple would have a page that showed all the authorized services centers, but right now im baffled as where to turn next, its a shame as id love to put this ram in it..
