Hi

I hope someone here can help point me in the right direction.

As of a few days ago I've been elected chairman of a local society.

I'm after an App for my iPad from which I can run everything, by which I mean:

Store copies of the minutes (usually in PDF or Word format). I don't need to be able to edit these, that's the club secretary's role, I just want to store copies that I can refer back to, or email onwards.

Have an address book / contacts ability, so I can have all the members contact details inside the app, from where I can email them if I so need.

Notes and / or to do type lists.

Ideally sync with iCal for event planning.

I can find plenty of document storage apps or, notes apps or to do apps but none that can do all the above.

This could be because no such app exists and I'm simply asking to much or that I just haven't looked in the right places.

I certainly don't expect the app to be free, I am very happy to pay.

Can anyone suggest anything?

Kind regards
Mark

Why not just open a hotmail account or another email sevice that offers all this?

Sky drive stores docs or have them emailed to you
Email to communicate
Hotmail Address book for contacts
Notes? Yahoo syncs notes with phone, I don't think hotmail does but could use one note
Calendar to sync with iPhone

All this can sync with iPhone and even iPad at same time and use one note app for notes, skydrive app for docs.

Can't think of an app however.
