Help! Finding And Deleting Video

I have downloaded a video received in an email....how can I delete it or find it on the phone? (its not what you think! its concert footage..

I don't want this video taking up space on my phone. Now that I have viewed the video, I want to delete it. A friend came to my gig, shot some footage on a camera phone and emailed it to me. I opened the email...downloaded it...hit play...watched it...now I have no need for it....when it "downloaded", where does it go and how can I delete it.
