Help finding deleted iTunes iPhone backup?

Im not sure which is the best forum to post this under, but I just got my iPhone 7 Plus and when I did my backup of my 6+ it apparently was corrupted. It then disappeared from my backup list in iTunes. Is there a way to find deleted iTunes iPhone backups? I don't use time machine and even iCloud for some reason didn't back up my photos? Also, I use a MacBook Pro.

Any help would be greatly appreciated !
