Help finding program that drags and drops video and other files to iphone

Hi, on macrumours there was a simple program featured on frontpage that allowed you to drag videos and other files to your iphone.

I've done a bit of searching to try and find it, but have failed.

Was wondering if anyone could direct me to the post or program.
