I can open a new tab in Firefox *only* by <ctrl>clicking a link and choosing "Open Link in New Tab". I can't open a new tab with with:
  • File > New Tab
  • <apple><T>
  • the New Tab button (that I placed in my navigation bar)
I'm running 1.0PR... Anyone else experience this problem?

Have you installed any extensions? I had a similar problem, so uninstalled one of my extensions (I think it was a tabbed-browsing 'enhancer') and that seemed to solve the problem.

<Deslock smacks head> Yeah, that was it. I searched here and at google, but I shoulda tried that before posting.

Thanks!

You're welcome. It was a speculative suggestion to be honest, but glad it solved the problem. :)
