iPod touch Help-Firmware 1.11 and Installer 3.0b10

I have a jailbroken IPT with firmware 1.1.1. I haven't had problems installing and third party applications. Recently I have updated the install.app to verison 3.01b. Since then I can't refresh sources in the installer (it freezes). Any suggestions?

This normally happens when you have a bad source. Try deleting any suspicious sources or just all the ones you added separately. If you didn't add any sources then I'm not sure what's wrong.

I had no problems before and I haven't added any new sources recently. I believe it is the install.app verison 3.0b10 causing the problems?!
