Hi I'm soooo excited ! Just got my new iMac and am nervous as this is my first iMac! As you will see I'm not very computer wise but can find my way around it. I am willing to learn as I go.
I have a few questions though
1 I have all the data I need on a external h/drive eg photo, doc folders, music and such. Do I just plug it in and drag folders across or should I go to store and they do migration. But this is only from computer to computer.
2 I want 2 user accounts wife and me.do I have to have separate administrator account also. How do I do this and do I install iTunes on both accounts to keep wife separate from mine
3 how should I partition size wise. I know this depends on what we have each data wise. But trying to avoid problems later on or can I increase the partition size later.
4 do I need 3 partitions eg administrator, me, wife
5 how can I get my contacts in outlook office into Apple mail
