Hi all,

I got my macbook pro like six months ago. She's been beautiful this entire time. However, I needed windows for some school projects so I've been dinking around installing windows 7 and using parallels. Well, while I was downloading the windows version of the antivirus program sophos, it told me that there was an error and it couldn't be installed. So I tried again. I turned away to do something and then all of the sudden this horrifying cracking noise caught my attention and a kernel panic screen enveloped my poor screen. It restarted and everything is dandy now (haven't tried to run parallels or sophos again yet) but I'm very worried about maintaining a healthy system and I'm sadly not smart enough to figure out what this message means... What should I do?
