Help fixing a A1181 Mobo

Hey guys, a friend of mine made a short circuit when he was plugging in the connector for the inverter of the display. As far as I can tell the only problem is a fried resistor, however I do not know the specifications.
The macbook is early 2008 black one. With Penryn CPU.

If anyone can measure the resistance of the resistor in the picture I have attached would be great.
