help - flash plugin

Hi

Everytime I try to view a video on YouTube, it crashes Safari "unexpectedly" and says that it may be caused by the Flash Plugin.

Any advice?

Are you using the latest version?

Yes, have the latest version. Deleted Flash altogether and re-installed it, but still cannot use any Flash type of file - it just crashes Safari and tells me it has unexpectedly quit etc...
