ok, I'm new here and i need some help, so sorry if I'm in the wrong place but I'm under a time pressure because I'm leaving Shanghai for Colombia in a week and I want to buy a Xiaomi 1S phone that is
GSM 900/1800/1900MHz
WCDMA 900/2100MHz
Can I use a phone like this in Colombia?
I would be grateful if anyone would help me. Thank you very much!

So, if it says Colombia uses GSM 1900 phones, can my 900/1800/1900 phones also work? Like, does 1900 have to be the only number or not for it to fit the regulations?
