I know there may be another thread, but my experience was by far the best I have read here.
I called Apple today to try to confirm my reservation, maybe it was an email glitch, I don't know. All I told him was that I had a printed copy of the email that Apple sent my on the 15th and he did not see my name listed. So, what he did was, he actually put in my name, phone number, email, and what phone I had from my email. Then, he explained I am in the reserved list and said all I had to do was bring my email with me and go wait in the reserved line.
Wow! So, they are taking reservations on the phone? Hmm.
