Help format external from ntfs to fat 32 on mac

Hey could someone help me real quick with directions to reformat my new WD Passport Elite from NTFS to Fat32 on my mac please? It would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Applications / Utilities / Disk Utility

MS-DOS (FAT) = FAT 32

But know that the maximum file size is 4GB (minus 1 byte) and formatting will erase the data on it.

You can use Disk Utility for that... it comes with your Mac. But why would you want to? NTFS works fine, if you install NTFS-3G

Specifically, MacFUSE and NTFS-3G. (I have a Quicksilver trigger set up to copy that text to the clipboard with a key combo.)
