The Apple Store
Hello,
I was wondering what the last few characters in the 2.8GHz model rMBP serial number. Mine is 04FFFT4, does yours match? I took this out of my support profile, wanted to know if apple ordered me the right one.

They will have made whichever one you ordered. It's a computer, it doesn't make mistakes like that.

If you go to the Apple menu bar and click on "About This Mac" it will tell you every thing about your machine.

I dont have it yet, picking up tomorrow. I am asking because they are replacing my 2012 2.7 with a 2013 2.8, i want to make sure they didn't order me a 2013 2.7 because it has 2MB less of L3 cache.

If they ordered a 2.8GHz (I assume it's an in-store CTO CRU?) it'll be a 2.8. If it's not, they can re-order it and you'll have a machine to use in the mean time.
