Help get rid of this

I have been getting this option the last few days I have no clue what it means, I have no dock, speakers etc even when this option shows I have no headphones plugged in!

Looks to me like it's trying to connect to another output source I.E a TV, Bluetooth speakers or something on then lines have you checked your paired devices and delete any you don't need?

Maybe there is a problem with the headphone jack.

i don't use any bluetooth devices with my phone, i was thinking a problem with the headphone jack as well, when that option comes up i cannot change it at all. ex: i cannot switch back and forth between the 2
