HELP! Getting an iPhone tommorow! Need to transfer music and apps from my iPod touch!

Hi! Im getting the iPhone 4s 32GB from Sprint tommorow, and I need to transfer my apps and music from my 4th Gen iPod Touch 32GB. How would i go about doing this?

Sync it with iTunes.

Your apps and music should be in your iTunes library. Just drag them over.
