Hi everyone.
I am new to Mac.
MacBook Air.
Did not boot. Froze on startup.
Went into recovery mode.
Erased disk via Disk Utility.
Tried to install OS. Failed.
Rebooted.

Rebooted into recovery again. This time got "internet recovery".
Got me into the Mojave installer.
Got this error:

the operation couldn't be completed. (com.apple.installer.checkdownload error 2.)
Did another reboot into recovery. For some reason, this time it got me into the MacOS Sierra installer.
Tried that. Got this error:

"Couldn't download the additional components needed to install OS X"
Anyone might be able to help?
