HELP! GPU on windows 7 cut in half???

So for a while now I have been trying to run witcher 2 and no matter what it runs slow. I went to the website Can I Run It and it told me I could not. Upon closer inspection it told me I only had 229 video ram not my actual 512mb?! So I checked it for myself in my system and it was true. For some reason in windows 7 it is not using all of my GPU please help I am dying to play witcher 2 heh...
Btw this is through bootcamp on my brand new iMac
