HELP!! Handbrake 0.7 beta 3 won't open!

ok, so i downloaded handbrake 0.7 beta 3 onto my g3 ibook, unzipped it, and now it won't start. it bounces on the dock, then the icon disappears! i've re-downloaded/installed stuffit, yet it STILL won't work! apparently other g3 ibooks on the handbrake forums site are having trouble too, so i'm wondering if any of you guys can help me out.

i wanted to convert video for my incoming ipod, but version 0.6 doesn't cut it...i need 0.7!

Its probably not worth the effort. It took 12 hours to encode a movie to h.264 with my Rev. D Powerbook.

If you really want to, spend a day at the Apple Store with a dual 2.7 G5.
