I just upgraded to an iPod Touch 4G and am now using folders for the first time. I organized my apps into folders using iTunes on my computer,

...so that my iPod has the apps in folders, like this:

However every time I plug back my iTouch to my PC, iTunes has these apps displayed OUTSIDE of their folders, on separate springboard pages, like this:

It's as if I had never put them in folders in the first place. So now when I connect to my computer, iTunes syncs my apps but now everything on my iPod Touch is scattered everywhere and I have to put them all back into folders all over again.

How do I save my folders settings in iTunes? How do I sync my iPod apps and folders to iTunes so that iTunes copies my iPod app folder settings instead of rewriting them with this crap?
