HELP. Help doesn't work.

Every once in a while, I'll go to mac help and it will load and then immediately quit. any idea?

go to /(nameofuser)/library/preferences/ do a search with help and delete

com.apple.help.plist
com.apple.helpui.plist
com.apple.helpviewer.plist

But I think, it turns ok just deleting the last one... but try and if necessary delete all 3 ...

i have an similar prob, my help doesnt help me. the screenn loads but when i ask it a question theres no response.

would your solution solve my probs?

tried your solution and everythings ok, help has become helpful again, nice 1!
