I have an iMac desktop computer with OS X 10.4.11 and using Safari. I clicked a link in google that brought up a page saying "This site could be dangerous to your computer" so I quickly X'd out of the page. Right after that, every time I go to my home page (which I have set as www.msn.com) it changes and redirects to www.asus.us.msn.com. There is no other problem except that. I tried to go to - Safari/Preferences/General and reset the current page home page, but it does not work! I cannot set the page to www.msn.com cuz it goes back to the redirected page!

Can anyone help? and I thought this kind of thing doesn't happen to a Mac?? I would appreciate any help. thanks

Thanks

Thank you so much. I had tried clearing the cache and turning computer on and off. BUt when I clicked "reset safari" that did the trick! I am still learning things every day about my Mac! thanks again. I appreciate your reply/help.
