Hey Mac followers,
I have a loaded powerbook, updated Panther, Quicktime Pro, and a DV cam. Can some one tell how I can stream a quicktime video from my website? I can code HTML as well. Do I have what I need to create a link to streaming video that will show what my camera is filming in real time or close-to real time?

He comes another PORNO SITE! Do we need more? Any way take a look at this http://www.apple.com/quicktime/products/qtss/ that might be what you need, But be warned you really want to run that kind of stuff on a server but you can run it on your computer. Your also looking at boged down banwidth.

p.s. HTML won't help you.. well only to a point. I do web design and streaming video can be hard to set up and I've never done it. But your looking at some hard stuff. I would do a lot of research before going through.

Thanks MacDaddy. I just wondered what would go behind the process, and it looks to be not worthy of my time. Too much time is needed for my master's thesis. But thanks, and no, it wasn't for a porn site.
