Help how do get rid of this.

How do I get rid of this black box thing that is on my screen that says Siri, Favorites, Device, and Home. I do not know how it poped up in the first place but just want to get rid of it. If you touch it, it will turn into a small black box but I want it gone. Thanks for any help.

That is assistive touch. It is turned off and on in settings->accessibility.
