HELP How do I listen to BBC Radio on Itunes?

Hi! I am not very technical and still learning. I love my old 2nd hand ibook and ipod (1st Generation) :) and recently 1/2 installed airport express. However, I want to listen to Live BBC Radio via Itunes and pump it over airport express to the house stereo.

I looked at a web site recommended in another thread but I could not get the link in to iTunes - Realplayer automatically loaded!

Has anyone got a simple list of instructions for a user like me?
 
This doesn't answer your question directly, but in Tiger you can use a widget (beeblefish) to stream it using RealPlayer.
