hey i have astro a40 headset that ive been trying to set up on my mbp. im connecting it with a pc cord that has a splitter for mic and sound... but the mic doesnt work.. i can only hear sounds from my headset. ive set up my headset for xbox 360 and everything works perfectly but not on my laptop... im thinking it has to do with my settings on macbook pro but in sytem preferences , therees no option for external microphone.. only option is internal microphone.. i also went in MIDI but theres no option for it.. i think its not detecting my microphone on laptop? idk help!!
