Help...how do I sync/move Contacts group "From My Mac" on iPhone?

This is frustrating the crap out of me!

It seems I have two Contacts groups on my iPhone, one is "ICLOUD: All iCloud" and the other is "FROM MY MAC: All from My Mac".

The iCloud group I can see on my iMac computer just fine, but the other group, it doesn't see it. How do I merge merge or move the contacts from "FROM MY MAC" group into the iCloud group so I don't have two of them?
