HELP: How do I uninstall Front Row Enabler? (im on 10.4.7 need to upgrade to 10.4.11)

i have a powerbook G4 and need to update to 10.4.11 from 10.4.7 but i downloaded andrew escobar's front row enabler and it says if i try to update i can pretty much destroy my laptop and OS.

can anyone guide me through what to do or if theyve had any experience with it? thanks so much.

i just am not a technical guy and if there is an easy way i can do it, im all ears :)

anybody know how?
