My iPhone touch screen is not responding to anything! I can't even unlock the phone. I've checked everywhere and it seems I need to edit 'general.plist' and increase the sensitivity. Except I can't access general.plist as my iphone cannot do anything but turn on and show the 'slide to unlock screen', which I can't unlock.

So I need a way of accessing the file general.plist from my computer and edit it. I cannot use programs which require permission on the iPhone side to access files on the iPhone as I cannot accept it since the screen is not working!

Please help!
