[help]how to copy your ios app from pc to another pc

hello guys, i've 2 simple question.
first, i've a lot of iphone apps on my pc. and i want to copy that apps on my another pc. how can i copy that?

and the second question is, if i just downloaded a paid app from my old pc and im forget to copy the apps (my old pc was sold), can i just download again for free?

Just copy the IPA file over (drag it in the Apps window of iTunes of the target PC).

You can, unless it's been removed in the meantime.
