H hewitt aussie macrumors newbie Original poster Mar 23, 2008 2 0 Mar 23, 2008 #1 How do i set Quicktime 7.4.1 to "Safe Mode?" Because every time i play a video on quicktime, i can here the audio, but all i see is a white screen. Putting it to "safe mode" would fix this.

I thought it would be a little self explanatory. It sounds like you don't have the proper video codecs for playback in Quicktime.
