Help! How to "toggle" Bluetooth on/off in Windows 7 Boot Camp?

In Windows 7, I know I can toggle on/off "Wireless" using the Mobility Center.

Similarly, how do I toggle bluetooth on/off in MacBook Air 2011 running Windows 7?

Is there a switch?

Is it enough to "disable" the bluetooth adapter in Network Settings (without disabling the bluetooth device itself in Device Manager)?

I am looking for a native solution, not a third-party app to do this.
