HELP, how to transfer iTunes to new iMac?

I have a new iMac and I would like to transfer EVERYTHING from my old iMac's iTunes to my new iMac.

The problem is with my old iMac I moved my iTunes library to my external HD. With that said, is it possible I can tell the new iTunes to read and copy from my external HD?
