[Help] How use iPhone to play music wirelessly?

Hi, are there any APPs or built in iTune functions that would let me play a song on my iPhone and then the room speakers will also play the same time?

There is airplay. It is built in. Other than that, you would need additional hardware for your speakers to allow wireless playing. For example, my car is equipped with bluetooth, so my iPhone can play wirelessly through the car speakers via a bluetooth connection.

My speakers and receiver does not support wifi or bluetooth . Can it be done any other ways? like through iTune on my PC or MAC?

An airport express $99 near the amp will provide an Audio feed for the amp and will work with airplay from the IOS device.
