Help...i am not a techie..and am stuck..please??

I connected my 3gs to itunes to sync this am...as I do every monday. Itunes notified me that there was a new software update 4.0.2

Ok...so i updated that...that is where the problem began. It sent the phone to restore mode and i had to restore it and re-sync...ok so far...

Now it tells me it cannot be synced. The required file cannot be found...

any ideas???

Connect your iPhone to PC
Then Open iTunes
Click "Store"
then Click "Authorize Computer"

Might have to reinstall iTunes. Sounds like a file iTunes needs may be corrupted, missing, etc. Worth a shot anyways.

Reinstall iTunes or restore in DFU mode.
