HELP. I cannot update Final Cut Express 4

I just realised that I do not have the version 4.1 update to Final Cut Express 4. According to Apple, I can download the update via the software update on my mac. but I have tried every time and every way but final cut doesn't come up in the updates. can anyone suggest a way to get his update please as it's the best way to work with my HD footage?

What version do you have? Get Info on Final Cut Express, take a screenshot of that window and post it.
