I deleted it by accident... I know you can't just add it by adding the url to the sources....

I followed these instructions:

http://jaxov.com/2010/07/how-to-add-bigboss-repository-cydia/

But nothing. It's on the list now, but its empty.

Going to the cydia home screen and "add more packages" doesn't give me the option to add the bigboss repo, just a bunch of other independent third party ones.

What do I do?!

FYI the proper and easiest way to add the BigBoss repo is to go to the Cydia main page, tap on More Packages Sources and add it from there. Either way, glad you got it working!

Not for me... I don't even have the option. Its the first thing I tried- When I hit more sources, all that is available are the 3rd party apps..
Am I the only one?

That is weird. Although for me, I've only had it appear on that page when the repo was already deleted. If I currently have it as a repo, it doesn't appear on that page for me. Only when I don't have the repo.

But yea that's very strange it wasn't there after you deleted the repo. Maybe after you delete the repo you have to go to the changes tab and refresh before it'll appear on that page? Maybe you have to kill Cydia and reopen it? I dunno.

It definitely works though because I just helped someone a week or two ago who accidentally deleted BigBoss. They followed those directions and they worked perfectly. I honestly have no clue why it didn't work for you. If you ever figure it out please share. I'd love to know for future reference.

Thanks for sharing that. Good to know.

You should be able to go into cydia-> manage -> sources-> edit-> add-> http://apt.thebigboss.org/repofiles/cydia/

Nah, I tried everything. I rebooted, resprung, refreshed, there was no bigboss repo in the "more sources" tab while it was deleted.
It wasn't there before, and it wasn't there after..... I wonder why also...

If I figure it out, I'll let you know, but I don't think I'll be deleting the bigboss repo again accidentally anytime soon lol

That doesn't work. But adding deb http://apt.thebigboss.org/repofiles/cydia/ stable main to cydia.list did the trick.

Can you use Cydia or Bigboss Repo if you don't have a jail broken phone ??? Sorry new to iPhone.
