iPod Help, I need an answer to this question quick

There is an ipod I want to get on ebay at a bargain price but it is coming from France and I am from Ireland. If I get this , will I be able to buy a converter for the chargers etc. or if I bought a whole new charger, would it work with the ipod from france. PLease answer this question if you can

I'm pretty sure the voltages are compatible. You might need an adapter for the wall socket, but otherwise I think you're safe.

I'm pretty sure that USB and Fireware are universal.
