HELP!! I need to cancel itunes download queue

So was trying to download my music for apple music offline on my iphone 6s+, and I didn't notice how huge the playlist was, and now when I check my downloads queue in the iTunes Store app on my iphone, it says there 35,249 items, and all of them are quoted "Download error. Tap to retry."

how do I cancel ALL the downloads in my queue? before there was an option at the bottom of the list to cancel all of them but now it's gone (ios 10 gm). Anyone knows what to do?
