help i poofed cydia away

so i just jailbroke my iphone 3gs and downloaded poof from cydia. once it downloaded i opened poof and clicked to hide cydia and poof. How can i open cydia and/or poof??? help!!!!!

I believe if you use the spotlight search, you can find cydia and open it from there. Best of luck!
